Golf Car Policy
- Each cart may have a maximum of two riders and two golf bags.
- Players are expected to follow the Golf Car Policies for the day. Be aware that in wet conditions there is a chance that ALL carts will be limited to the cart paths.
- Persons without a valid driver’s license are not permitted to drive golf carts at any time.
- Players failing to drive golf carts in a safe and courteous manner will lose their cart privileges.
Food and Beverages
- No Coolers of any kind are allowed on Willow Springs Golf Course property.
- Willow Springs Golf Course will provide adequate refreshments at fair and reasonable prices.
- No person or group may bring food or beverages to Willow Springs Golf Course.
- We reserve the right to regulate the amount of alcoholic beverages served to each individual.
- Liquor laws require that we must check identification. Please bring photo ID.
- Gratuity is at the discretion of the group.

Dress Code and General Course Policies
- Players must be properly attired. This includes, but is not limited to: Shirts must be worn at all times; no tank tops, undershirts, halter tops, bathing suits, athletic spikes, or high heels.
- Each Player shall have a golf bag with at least six clubs and a putter. Rental sets may be reserved in advance.
- No persons under the age of six (6) are permitted on the golf course.
- No persons other than the players are permitted on the course without prior approval from the WSGC outing coordinator.
Payment of Fees:
- Payment of all fees and associated charges must be paid on or before the day of the event. Willow Springs Golf Course does not carry any accounts; therefore arrangements should be made within your group or organization to settle all accounts in full on or before the day of the event.
